I have used it for a project with my daughter - a rather simple text only graphic. Having a good bit of digital artwork experience, I may try to do something fancier in the future. It does take a while for the laser to etch the design onto the label.

You have to use "LightScribe" formatted discs which are more expensive than normal CDRs- I used Memorex - and I found that my burner wouldn't recognize some of the new discs (they still worked for the music side) but I don't really know if this had to do with something else besides the discs themselves.
